The sixth-generation Suzuki Alto (HA24S) was manufactured from 2004 to 2009.

Launched in September 2004, the sixth-generation Suzuki Alto (HA24S series) debuted a friendly, rounded styling direction dominated by large almond-shaped headlights and an upright tailgate. Designed for city usability and accessibility, the cabin prioritized low step-in heights and simple control layouts. Nissan rebadged this generation for the Japanese market as the Nissan Pino under an OEM arrangement.

The single engine choice was the reliable 657 cc K6A DOHC three-cylinder gasoline engine delivering 54 hp. Drivetrain options included a 5-speed manual, 3-speed automatic, or 4-speed automatic transmission, available in front-wheel-drive or full-time 4WD configurations. A minor styling refresh occurred in late 2006.
