Suzuki Wagon R IV (MH23S) gallery (2008–2012)

The fourth-generation Suzuki Wagon R (MH23S) tall wagon was produced from 2008 to 2012.

Introduced in September 2008, the fourth-generation Suzuki Wagon R (MH23S chassis) adopted an aerodynamic body shape with a extended 2,400 mm wheelbase and larger side door apertures. Designed with enhanced cabin acoustic deadening and improved interior space efficiency, the model earned the 2009 RJC Car of the Year award in Japan.

Powered by the 660 cc K6A three-cylinder engine in naturally aspirated and turbo trims (54 hp to 64 hp), the MH23S replaced traditional 4-speed automatic transmissions with Jatco CVT continuously variable transmissions across most trim lines, boosting fuel economy ratings. Manual transmission and full-time 4WD models remained available.
