The sixth-generation Suzuki Swift (Z12S) entered production in late 2023 featuring an all-new engine and refined cabin technology.

Unveiled at the Japan Mobility Show in late 2023 and entering mass production in December 2023, the sixth-generation Suzuki Swift (Z12S series) introduces an evolved exterior design language. Highlights include a clamshell hood, prominent shoulder character lines, and a return to conventional rear door handle positioning. The revamped cabin centers around a 9-inch high-definition infotainment touchscreen, modern HVAC controls, and the updated Dual Sensor Brake Support II active safety platform.

Under the hood, Suzuki introduced a brand-new 1.2-liter Z12E three-cylinder naturally aspirated gasoline engine delivering 82 hp and improved low-end thermal efficiency. The powertrain standardizes a 12V SHVS mild-hybrid system for reduced emissions and improved city mileage. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual or a newly developed CVT automatic. Buyers can also opt for Suzuki's AllGrip Auto viscous-coupling four-wheel-drive system.
