Hyundai Elantra VI (AD) gallery (2015–2020)

The sixth-generation Hyundai Elantra (AD chassis) debuted in South Korea in September 2015. Adopting a more mature design direction, the AD introduced a bold hexagonal grille and slim LED lighting elements. The platform chassis integrated 53% advanced high-strength steel, yielding a 29.5% improvement in structural torsional rigidity.

Engine choices spanned naturally aspirated 1.6-liter Gamma (128 hp) and 2.0-liter Nu Atkinson-cycle (149 hp) petrol engines, turbocharged 1.4 T-GDI and 1.6 T-GDI (204 hp in Elantra Sport), and 1.6-liter CRDi diesels. A major 2018 facelift redesigned the front clip with sharp triangular LED headlights and a redesigned rear trunk lid.
