The second-generation Volkswagen Lamando L debuted in January 2022, transforming into a 5-door liftback with aggressive front styling, connected LED light bars, and frameless side windows. Built on the MQB Evo architecture by SAIC-Volkswagen, its body lengthened to 4,784 mm with a 2,731 mm wheelbase, delivering increased interior dimensions.

The cockpit features a dual-screen digital setup combining dashboard displays. Power is supplied by a 1.4 TSI EA211 (150 hp) or 1.5 TSI Evo2 (160 hp) turbocharged engine paired exclusively with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch gearbox driving the front wheels.
