About this generation

Enduring pickup that replaced the B-Series model.

The first-generation BT-50 shared a platform with the Ford Ranger. The pickup received a more modern and streamlined design compared to its predecessor, torquey MZR-CD turbodiesels, and a reliable part-time 4WD system.
