Isuzu Elf V gallery (1993–2006)

The fifth generation of the Isuzu Elf was produced from 1993 to 2006, cementing the brand's status as a global leader in the light and medium-duty truck segment.

The fifth generation was built on a modern truck platform adapted to meet stricter environmental and ergonomic standards of the era. The vehicle was produced with various single and double cab configurations, alongside multiple chassis lengths to support diverse commercial body types. The engine lineup featured reliable naturally aspirated and turbocharged diesel powerplants ranging from 3.0 to 5.2 liters, coupled with manual and automated transmissions. Compared to the fourth generation, this iteration introduced improved cab aerodynamics, enhanced passive safety, and more powerful, fuel-efficient electronically controlled engines. Throughout its production cycle, the model underwent scheduled updates in 1995 and 2004 that refreshed the lighting, dashboard layout, and emissions compliance. Its sales footprint covered the domestic Japanese market, Europe, Asia, the Americas, and progressively expanded into the Russian market.
