About the model
The model debuted with its first generation under the G08 index, produced from 2020 to 2024. Developed on the foundation of the conventional X3, the vehicle retained a familiar SUV silhouette. It featured a fully electric powertrain paired with a single-speed transmission instead of a traditional gearbox, delivering electric drive to the rear wheels without an internal combustion engine.
During its lifecycle, the first generation underwent a scheduled restyling that refreshed the front and rear lighting, bumper styling, and interior digital interface. The crossover established itself as a practical family vehicle during the initial phase of the brand electric transition.
The second generation, designated NA5, entered production in 2025 and continues to the present day. Retaining the SUV body style, the model transitioned to a dedicated new-generation architecture. This iteration brought upgraded electric motors, redesigned battery integration, and a completely overhauled digital cockpit.
