Nissan Pixo I gallery (2027–present)

The revived Nissan Pixo debuts as an all-electric compact city hatchback developed within the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance. It shares its dedicated electric architecture with the Renault Twingo and the second-generation Dacia Spring, with manufacturing taking place at Renault's Novo Mesto plant in Slovenia. The exterior features distinctive pixel-styled lighting elements at the front and rear, while retaining a compact footprint with an overall length of 3,796 mm and a 2,492 mm wheelbase. The interior features a practical layout with physical controls, independent sliding rear seats expanding cargo space from 356 to 1,221 liters, and advanced tech such as Face ID and Google Gemini AI integration.

Propulsion is handled by a single front-mounted electric motor producing 80 horsepower and 175 Nm (129 lb-ft) of torque, delivering a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 12.1 seconds. Energy is stored in a 27.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, offering a WLTP driving range of up to 259 kilometers (161 miles). The charging system supports 50 kW DC fast charging capable of replenishing the battery from 15 to 80 percent in approximately 28 minutes, as well as 11 kW bidirectional AC charging.

Compared to the original Pixo, which was an internal combustion, badge-engineered Suzuki Alto manufactured in India, the new model transitions to a bespoke European-built electric vehicle platform. It incorporates modern active electronics, bidirectional charging capabilities, and improved interior versatility, positioning itself directly below the Micra in Nissan's European EV lineup.
