The fourth-generation Hyundai Tucson (NX4 platform) debuted in September 2020. Showcasing radical Parametric Dynamics styling, it introduced Parametric Hidden Lights integrated into the dark-chrome front grille that illuminate upon startup. For the first time, Tucson offered both standard wheelbase (SWB) for Europe and long wheelbase (LWB) versions for America, Korea, and China.

Powertrain choices include 1.6-liter T-GDI, 2.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engines, 1.6/2.0-liter Smartstream turbodiesels, plus full-hybrid (HEV, 230 hp) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV, 265 hp) variants. A 2023 update introduced a redesigned bumper mesh, revised lower valances, and an integrated twin 12.3-inch Panoramic Curved Display interior.
