Honda CR-V V (RW/RT) gallery (2016–2022)
The fifth-generation Honda CR-V was produced from 2016 to 2022, introducing global modular architecture, turbo engines, and i-MMD hybrid drive.
The fifth-generation Honda CR-V (RW/RT) launched in late 2016, constructed on Honda's global compact platform with a lengthened wheelbase and up to 208 mm of ground clearance. Certain international regions received a three-row seven-seat option for the first time. Styling adopted aggressive flared fenders, dual exhausts, and full LED headlights.
Powertrains introduced a 1.5-liter VTEC Turbo engine (190 hp) alongside a naturally aspirated 2.4-liter (184 hp) and the two-motor i-MMD hybrid system (212 hp). The Honda Sensing safety suite became standard across mid and high trims. A 2019 refresh introduced restyled front fascia trim, darkened tail lenses, and wireless device charging.
