GMC Terrain III gallery (2024–present)

The third-generation GMC Terrain was officially revealed in August 2024 for the 2025 model year, built on General Motors' heavily updated D2-2 architecture. Departing from the soft curves of the previous generation, the new Terrain embraces a bold, truck-inspired design philosophy characterized by an upright, squared-off front grille, high hood line, and distinct C-shaped lighting that visually harmonizes with the Sierra truck family. The interior received a comprehensive high-tech overhaul centered around a standard 15-inch portrait-oriented touchscreen infotainment system integrated with Google built-in apps, flanked by an 11-inch digital driver information center. Power comes from an updated 1.5-liter turbocharged LSD inline-four engine delivering 175 hp and 203 lb-ft of torque. All-wheel-drive models feature an eight-speed automatic transmission, while front-wheel-drive variants utilize a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The trim lineup launched with the rugged Elevation, followed by the trail-ready AT4 featuring lifted ride height and red recovery hooks, and the luxury-oriented Denali. Manufactured in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, it targets North American markets.
