Dodge Dakota II (DN) gallery (1997–2004)

A more muscular pickup truck that received design cues from the full-size Ram.

The second-generation Dakota inherited the recognizable style of the full-size Ram pickup, making it extremely attractive visually. Beyond aesthetics, the model received a reinforced chassis and an updated engine lineup, further increasing its payload capacity. It was one of the most balanced pickups on the market, combining daily comfort, V8 power, and the reliability needed for heavy tasks. The model is rightfully considered the peak in the history of Dodge's mid-size pickups.
