Liberty Walk Turns a Dodge Challenger Into a Jet-Inspired Widebody Showpiece

Liberty Walk has unveiled a dramatically widened Dodge Challenger wearing a gray finish inspired by military aircraft. The build follows the company’s familiar LB-WORKS approach, combining an aggressive stance, pronounced bodywork, and a look that makes the car feel more like a runway machine than a traditional muscle car.

The project begins with an early third-generation Challenger, the generation sold from 2008 through 2024 with a range of V6 and V8 engines. Rather than changing the car’s core layout, Liberty Walk reimagined the exterior to create a custom appearance that many will read as fighter-jet themed.

Body Kit Details

The LB-WORKS Challenger package is a full conversion, not a subtle add-on. It brings front and rear overfenders, a front splitter, a vented hood, and a three-piece ducktail spoiler. As expected from Liberty Walk, the parts are secured with visible rivets and bolts, giving the car its signature industrial look.

The car rides on black Y-spoke wheels that sit tightly beneath the broadened arches. An adjustable air suspension system allows the Challenger to sit very low for display shots and then lift back up for normal road use.

What Remains Underneath

Liberty Walk did not alter the Challenger’s underlying structure to make the kit fit. The widebody components are mounted to the original bodywork, following the brand’s standard method across many of its builds.

While factory Challenger models ranged from a modest V6 to high-output SRT Hellcat and Demon versions, this Liberty Walk example is built more for style than outright performance. Instead of chasing extreme horsepower numbers, it uses a custom variable-valve exhaust to complement the visual drama.
