Audi Q2 will reach the Market in 2016
Expect the Audi Q2 in 2016.
The automaker is going to invest more than € 3 billion (or $3.3 billion) next year. It has revealed about entering the new market segment with the debut of the Q2. The Audi Q5’s successor will follow the premiere of the Q2.
A significant part of the investment will head to alternative drive set-ups, according to the company’s CEO. The German producer will launch its first large-series, battery-electric cars in three years. They will be based on the automaker’s e-tron Quattro concept. The manufacturer wants to expand the model range to 60 different offerings by 2020.
The brand will postpone a new wind tunnel for a year.
Additional experts will be recruited as the field of future technologies needs to be developed.
