Ford Teams Up With Filson For A Bronco That Borrows Raptor Power And Sasquatch Hardware
Ford has unveiled a new Bronco special edition created with outdoor brand Filson, blending trail-ready capability with a more refined, adventure-focused look. The Bronco Filson is set to arrive early next year, with order books opening later this year.
Mechanically, the SUV is well equipped right from the start. It includes the Sasquatch Package, 35-inch tires, front and rear locking differentials, and Fox high-performance shocks. Power comes from the Bronco Raptor’s twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6, rated at 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Most of the Filson treatment is aimed at appearance and comfort. Outside, the Bronco gets a distinctive grille finish, special Bronco badging, painted mirror caps, matching wheel-arch accents, and unique trail sights. Ford also says the cabin is the quietest Bronco it has offered so far.
To cut noise, the company revised airflow, added acoustic glass, and improved sealing around the body. Ford says the result is nearly 20 percent less perceived wind noise than a 2021 Bronco.
Adventure-Focused Interior Details
Inside, the Bronco Filson adds removable storage bags built into the doors, along with optional cargo-area bags for gear like first-aid kits or camera equipment. The cabin also features quilted leather seats with woven fabric accents, a leather-wrapped dashboard, and brass trim pieces.
Other equipment includes a digital rearview mirror with a washer, power-deploying running boards, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and an upgraded B&O sound system.
Ford will also offer a Bronco Filson First Edition finished in Iron Sands Copper Metallic. That version adds a special fender badge, the cargo storage bags, and a numbered console bag.
Pricing has not been announced, but the model is expected to sit near the top of the Bronco lineup. For reference, the 2026 Bronco Raptor starts at a little over $80,000, so the Filson edition is likely to be in similar territory.
