The new BMW X1 PHEV went to tests

Photo spies caught on-road tests cross BMW X1, which has a hybrid setup.

Expect the new generation BMW X1 on sale in 2022. The exterior of the new BMW X1 PHEV plug-in hybrid is similar to the standard version, but the X1 PHEV looks more extensive than the current model, and the car has a straight wide radiator.

Unfortunately, the camouflage covers the design of the headlights with taillights.

BMW says the next-generation X1 will receive conventional combustion engines, plus a hybrid performance and all-electric.

Recall that the current generation X1 PHEV unit includes a 3-cylinder 1.5-liter engine and an electric motor. The total power reaches 220 horsepower and 385 Nm of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission works with the power plant, and the drive in the car in front.
