Mercedes and BMW will create new products together

BMW and Daimler have agreed to cooperate, according to which both partners will develop cars together with auto management systems.

The merger of the two companies will allow accelerating the development of technologies, significantly saving money. An initial investment in the project will reach 1 billion euros.

BMW with Daimler will create cars with systems that match the level 4 autopilot. It turns out, electronics will teach to fully control the car on roads, for example, on the autobahn, at the same time transport will manage itself in the parking lots. The driver will be allowed to take control at any time.
