BMW X1 2020 will get an electric engine

The new BMW X1 will get significant updates. Small cross will change the design of the bumpers, headlights, and taillights.

However, it is worth highlighting the emergence of a new branded radiator. The rims have also been updated, and the body palette has been expanded with several color versions. The interior has become more productive on new multimedia with an 8.8-inch or 10.25-inch screen and improved trim.

The main update can be called a hybrid power plant. Now under the hood of the car is a 123-horsepower engine with 220 Nm (responsible for the front axle) and an electric motor with 94 hp and 165 Nm (rear wheels).

Another 9.7 kWh battery pack provides the BMW X1 xDrive25e version about 50 km drive with only one electric margin.

Standard cars will have petrol units (2.0 liters for 228 'horses' and 350 Nm) and diesel engines of 1.5 liters (114 hp and 270 Nm) and 2.0 liters (228 hp and 450 Nm). The powerful petrol engine is provided with an 8-step "automatic" and optional four-wheel drive. "Hundred" is recruited in only 6.3 seconds.
