X5 M And X6 M Black Fire Editions From BMW Are SUVs Inspired By Motorsport

BMW has presented the X5 M and X6 M Black Fire Editions. These are limited-run variants of the SUVs. According to the producer, the units took inspiration from the motorsports ventures.

The X6 Black Fire and X5 M differ from the regular variants of the SUVs. The feature that makes them stand apart is the Sapphire Black Metallic colour scheme, black 21-inch M alloys and black M double kidney grilles.

Inside the cabin you will find the full fine-grain Merino leather seating done in Black and Mugelo Red. There also are a “Black Fire Edition” dash logo, a dash wrapped with leather, an M Performance helm with a blue 12 o’clock marking and piano black trim.

The 4.4-litre eight-cylinder unit will be untouched in the special editions. The engine will produce 567 hp and torque of 553 lb-ft. The engine is matched with the 8-speed Steptronic automatic transmission.
