Learn 2018 Audi S5 Sportback Acceleration Times and Cost Here

After information that the 2018 S4 from Audi would out drag the competition appeared, the 0-to-60 time and cost of the 2018 S5 Sportback from Audi has been announced.

The S5 from the automaker outruns the contest off the line with a 0-to-60-mph timing of 4.5 seconds. The price will kick off starting from $54,400 in America.

The acceleration is possible thankfully to the familiar 3.0-litre six-cylinder motor that brings power to the S4. The engine produces 354 hp and torque of 369 pound-feet. The power is channelled to all 4 wheels with the help of the company’s 8-speed Tiptronic gearbox.

Meanwhile the latest turbocharged 6 makes all of its torque from 1,370 to 4,500 rpm.

The S5 Sportback is a high-end one. It featured regular 18-inch 5-double-spoke-star design wheels, diamond stitched seats, a leather/Alcantara trimmed cabin, heated front seats, power sunroof etc.

Paying some extra money, you can receive ventilated front seats, 19-inch 5-spoke-cavo wheels, a Bang and Olufsen sound set-up with 3D sound, a full colour head-up screen etc.

This model will cost $54,400 for the Premium Plus pack. Meanwhile Prestige trim will be $58,800 + $975 with destination.

The 2018 S5 Sportback from Audi will be available in showrooms very soon. Expect to see it this spring.
