Production-Ready Nissan Kicks

We have seen a long teaser campaign from Nisan. Finally, Nissan Brazil has prepared the Kicks crossover in production guise.

Back in the 2014 Nissan showcased a small crossover concept with the “Kicks” moniker at the Motor Show held in Sao Paulo. This year’s Kicks features the identical moniker. Its design does not differ too much from the concept’s styling. Besides, it looks more civilized than the famous Juke.

The two vehicles are not similar in a technical way. We remind you that the Juke is equipped with Nissan-Renault’s B0 architecture. Meanwhile the Kicks rides on the Micra’s V platform. Nissan has not stated any specifications connected with the Kicks. We know that the production-ready vehicle can be slightly wider, longer and taller than the Juke.

We suppose that the car will be equipped with a 1.6-litre naturally-aspirated V4 engine with 110 hp. The power will be delivered through a 5-speed manual or a CVT.
