Audi Gives New Name To Quattro Performance Division

Top-performance-list offerings from Audi will refuse from Quattro GmbH.

However, mega-quick FWD cars will still come from the Four Rings. Though, the division will be called Audi Sport GmbH now. The engineering work will still come from the department’s plant located in Neckarsulm (Germany).

The division will work with the automaker’s RS and R8 offerings. It will also handle customer racing projects, for example, the RS3 LMS. Besides, the division will work on the customization details for the Audi Exclusive range as well.

8 new cars will be launched in next 18 months. Totally it makes a range of 15 cars. We know that there will be new variants of the A5 and A4 among them. There probably will be high-performance versions of the Q7 and Q5 as well. According to gossips, there can be an RS6 Allroad.
