2017 F-150 Raptor From Ford Should Have 450 HP
The specifications for the next year’s F-150 Raptor from Ford.
FordRaptorForum.com user has uploaded screenshots from the automaker’s eSourceBook application. They show that the 3.5-litre Ecoboost 6-cylinder motor that equips the latest Raptor will generate 450 hp and torque of 510 pound-feet. In comparison with the 6.2-litre eight-cylinder engine, the new one provides 39 hp and 76 lb-ft more.
The latest f-150 from the automaker has a version with a 3.5-litre EcoBoost six-cylinder unit producing 365 and torque of 420 lb-ft.
Also it was stated that the latest Raptor will feature a towing capacity of 8,000 pounds.
The American producer should still confirm these numbers. Expect more information closer to the launch that is expected this autumn.
