See the new BMW X1

The innovated second-gen BMW X1 has been captured in the metal.

The photos were snapped during the official press start of the model. A reader of Bimmertoday managed to take the photos. One of the variants has a regular silver colour while the other one is painted in Chestnut Bronze Metallic.

We remind you that the X1 will be launched for sale in October 2015 in Germany. American sales of the vehicle will begin soon after that. The car will be sold with 2 petrol and 3 diesel engines. Their power output will start from 150 hp (or 110 kW) to 231 hp (or 170 kW).

Thankfully to the increased size of the vehicle and front-wheel drive, the all-new X1 pleases passengers with 37 mm larger rear knee space. Moreover, it can boast 85 litres bigger cargo space.
