A Vast Facelift for 2016 Nissan Sentra

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Nissan in North America has announced plans of revealing a facelifted Sentra this autumn.

Fred Diaz shared with Automotive News that the offering will be stunningly freshened, so that the vehicle will look as an almost new one. Diaz did not went into details, but it looks like more than a standard mid-cycle design tweaks can be expected.

There is no information about performance changes. It is known that the now-existing offering is equipped with a 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine. This engine produces 130 hp (or 97 kW) and torque of 128 lb-ft (or 173 Nm). It can be joined to a six-speed manual transmission. Optionally, the engine can be connected to an Xtronic continuously variable gear box.
