Volkswagen Golf R of 2015 has a Starting Price $37,415

Volkswagen has disclosed full information about pricing of the hottest variant of the 2015 Golf.

The initial Golf R will be sold for $37,415 with destination. It is characterized with a 2.0-litre turbocharged V4 which produces 292 hp and torque of 280 lb-ft. Firstly, the vehicle will be available only as a four-door car with DSG automatic gear box of six speeds. Nevertheless, a two-door variant along with a manual gear box will probably join the range sometime later. The economy of the fuel for the innovated model is set nearly to 30 mpg highway.

A launch control characteristic along with VW’s full-time all-wheel system and Haldex adherence of the fifth generation will give the opportunity to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds. Outstanding bumpers, wheels and bi-xenon headlamps, side skirts set the R apart from the other models.

Sport seats and a helm wrapped in leather, ambient lighting and special R badging can be found inside the cabin.

The price jumps to $39,910 with destination. The clients can get the DCC adaptive damping system along with navigation, 19-inch wheels, front and back parking control and a Fender stereo system for that extra cash.

The company has prepared something special for early obtainers. The first 500 Golf R models manufactured are going to be top-trim variants available with an exclusively numbered R equipment kit.

The model will reach dealerships in the first part of the next year.
