Pricing Announced for Next Years BMW X6

$60,550 is demanded for the next BMW X6.

The abovementioned sum refers to the standard model with 2WD, while 4x4 costs $2,300. High-spec option is also available for customers: an eight-cylinder X6 xDrive50i is priced almost $74,000. Naturally, X5 provided some platform elements, but generally the car looks more elegant and resembles a coupe. 35i uses a twin-turbo for V6 and 3.0 litres making the same 300 of horsepower and torque. Performance version foresees a larger motor with more cylinders and increase for almost a one-third in output.

Gearboxes will not differentiate with respect to models: every next year’s X6 will get an automatic for eight speeds. Nevertheless, such companionship will result in various acceleration figures: 60 mph are conquered in 6 and 4.8 seconds respectively. Focus on aerodynamics was made by the designers of the model; innovative details include air curtains and air breathers.

By the end of 2014 the customers will have a chance to look at BMW X6 2015.
