Mr. Bolt Obtains a Particular Gold 2014 Nissan GT-R in Jamaica

After merchandising the first gold Nissan GT-R for $193,000 with the proceeds benefitting Usain Bolt’s charity, the Japanese brand has given the keys to a all-new 2014 Nissan GT-R for Mr. Bolt to enjoy himself.

Known as “the fastest man in the world,” Usain Bolt has been supporting automaker awareness for Nissan and already has a GT-R. Now he got a second one in a particular “Bolt Gold” finish. The GT-R has also been adjusted to fit Bolt’s driving manner, based on data Nissan constructors gathered when he test-drove the GT-R lineup at the brand’s headquarters last October.

Contrasting the showy gold exterior is a white interior, while the hyper-titanium shaded wheels add a bit of extra sense to the aesthetics. A subtle touch features an exclusive “Spec Bolt” badge on the body of the model. The interior color, exterior color, and all of the vehicle’s accessories were chosen by Bolt himself.

The transfer was held on May 5, 2013 in Jamaica at Bolt’s home training base.
