Debuting in October 2002, the J120 series Prado was styled at Toyota's European ED2 design center, achieving refined aerodynamic lines and high structural rigidity. Available in 3-door and 5-door configurations, the model offered 8-passenger seating capacities, rear air suspension, and electronically controlled active dampers. Engineers paid meticulous attention to structural body rigidity, minimizing noise, vibration, and harshness levels while enhancing cabin material quality.
