Mitsubishi L200 V (KK0T) gallery (2015–2023)

The L200 V (KK0T) vehicle generation was manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors from 2015 to 2023 and offered in pickup truck body configurations.

The fifth-generation Mitsubishi L200 (KK0T and KL0T chassis designations) arrived in late 2014 and entered global sales in 2015. Built on an updated high-rigidity ladder frame, it offered enhanced passenger space and improved interior isolation. Engineering of the L200 V (KK0T) (factory code KK0T) emphasized high structural rigidity, aerodynamic efficiency, and optimized interior spatial packaging. Built with reinforced body structures utilizing high-tensile steel alloys, the platform delivered reduced curb weight alongside improved occupant crash protection. The vehicle was distributed globally in multiple configuration packages designed to satisfy diverse market demands and regional regulatory specifications.

Powertrains introduced an all-aluminum 2.4-liter 4N15 MIVEC turbodiesel engine producing 154 to 181 hp, paired with 6-speed manual or 5/6-speed automatic transmissions. A major 2018 redesign adopted the Dynamic Shield front styling. Global production ended in 2023. The powertrain lineup incorporated efficient engine families paired with robust manual, automatic, or continuously variable transmissions depending on trim selection. Drivetrain engineering integrated advanced suspension tuning and traction management systems. Periodic mid-cycle cosmetic and technical updates refreshed front-end aesthetics, lighting technology, and cabin infotainment features, maintaining competitive positioning across international consumer segments throughout its production lifespan.
