The fifth-generation Lexus RX luxury crossover (chassis code AL30) unveiled in May 2022 for the 2023 model year. Built on the TNGA GA-K platform, vehicle mass dropped by 90 kg (198 lbs) while wheelbase expanded by 2.4 inches. Exterior design introduced the Spindle Body concept seamlessly blending the grille into the front fascia, complemented by a rear LED light bar. The Tazuna interior features a 14-inch touchscreen display, 64-color ambient lighting, and E-Latch door release.

The lineup transitioned exclusively to four-cylinder powertrains: a 2.4-liter turbo on RX 350 (275 hp), the RX 350h hybrid (246 hp), the RX 450h+ plug-in hybrid (304 hp), and the high-performance RX 500h F Sport Performance producing 366 horsepower using a 2.4L turbo hybrid setup paired with Direct4 electric all-wheel-drive vectoring.
