The second-generation Kia Cerato (TD) premiered in 2008 under Peter Schreyer's design direction, debuting Kia's signature Tiger Nose grille. The model range encompassed a 4-door sedan (4,530 mm long), a 5-door hatchback, and a sleek 2-door Cerato Koup. The wheelbase lengthened to 2,650 mm, yielding enhanced cabin accommodation.
