The fourth generation of Isuzu F-Series medium-duty trucks was manufactured from 2007 to 2023 on a high-strength modular platform. The body design underwent evolutionary changes, featuring a more expressive front cab section with improved aerodynamics and modern lighting. The engine lineup included high-tech turbocharged diesels of the 4HK1 and 6HK1 families featuring Common Rail direct injection, paired with manual, automated, or automatic transmissions. Compared to the third generation, harmful emissions were significantly reduced, fuel efficiency was improved, and the array of electronic driver assistance systems was expanded. Over its long production run, the model underwent multiple updates that refreshed the interior, active safety systems, and emissions compliance.
