Hyundai Kona II (SX2) gallery (2023–present)

The second-generation Hyundai Kona (SX2 chassis) debuted in December 2022. Reversing traditional development, Hyundai designed the SX2 as an electric vehicle first before adapting it for ICE and hybrid configurations. The vehicle grew 150 mm longer with a 60 mm extended wheelbase, translating directly into enhanced rear legroom.

Design highlights feature full-width Seamless Horizon Lamp LED light bars at the front and rear. Engine choices comprise a 2.0-liter Atkinson, 1.6-liter T-GDI, 1.6-liter HEV hybrid, and Kona Electric models with up to a 65.4 kWh battery. The interior centers on dual 12.3-inch panoramic displays and a column-mounted gear selector.
