The Ferrari 308, produced in GTB and GTS versions, became one of the brand's most recognizable models thanks to its Pininfarina design. The car was powered by a transversely mounted 2.9-liter V8 engine. The 308 model was focused on improved daily usability compared to its predecessors and enjoyed huge commercial success, laying the foundation for all future mid-engine V8 coupes from the company.
