The Dodge Prowler is one of the boldest design projects by the Chrysler Corporation. The car mimicked classic custom hot rods with exposed front wheels. Although powered by a standard V6 engine, its striking appearance and aluminum chassis made the Prowler incredibly charismatic and unusual for its time. It was an image-building product, proving that Dodge was not afraid of risky and extravagant experiments in automotive design.
