Dodge Intrepid II (LH) gallery (1998–2004)

The second generation of the flagship sedan with an improved platform and a more aggressive appearance.

The second-generation Intrepid retained the cab-forward concept but received a stiffer body and a reworked suspension for better handling. The design became sharper, with characteristic lines emphasizing the model's dynamism. The car continued to offer outstanding passenger space and powerful V6 engines. The Intrepid remained an important image-building product for Dodge until it was replaced by the more modern Charger, ending the era of large front-wheel-drive sedans.
