VW Jetta from Fast and Furious will be Auctioned

The Fast and Furious film featured one more vehicle in the auction.

The 1995 VW Jetta was shot in the original film. Frankie Muniz of TV, film, music and racing fame owns in now. The modified model has the same outlook as when the film was shot. The offering is equipped with a 2.0-litre V4 unit joined to an automatic gearbox. It could be seen several times over these years in order to promote the film franchise. It is equipped with a custom stereo and has got a PlayStation inside.

Paul Walker, Rob Cohen (the director) and Chad Lindberg signed the vehicle.

Other notable offerings from the film at the auction include the Toyota Supra. Walker drove it in the first part of the film. The car was sold for $185,000 at Mecum Auctions. The Veilside Nissan 350Z that starred in the 3rd part (Tokyo Drift) was also auctioned by Cheshire Classic Cars for $234,000 these August.

The VW Jetta will appear at the coming-soon Barret-Jackson Scottsdale 2016 auction. It will be held from January 23 till January 31.
