The New 2025 Toyota 4Runner: Pricing and Trim Details Revealed
Introduction
The sixth-generation 2025 Toyota 4Runner is set to arrive at dealerships early next year, and the good news is that it comes with a minimal price increase compared to the outgoing model.
Pricing Breakdown
The 2025 4Runner starts at $42,220, making it only $65 more expensive than the base 2024 SR5 model. Toyota offers a total of nine different trims for the new 4Runner, including the TRD Pro and the all-new Trailhunter. The pricing varies for each trim, with the top-tier Trailhunter and TRD Pro models priced at $68,350, while the entry-level SR5 and TRD Sport 2WD models remain under $50,000.
Engine Options
Buyers have the choice between a base 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 278 horsepower or an optional I-Force Max hybrid powertrain with 326 hp. The hybrid powertrain is available on every trim except the base SR5 and TRD Sport models, and it offers impressive fuel efficiency with up to 24 miles per gallon on the highway.
Release Date
Toyota has not provided an exact release date for the 2025 4Runner, but it is expected to go on sale early next year.
