Mercedes-Benz G-Class starts own sales

The newest Mercedes-Benz G-Class in basic equipment went on sale. The novelty has got a turbodiesel.

The new Mercedes G 350d base version received an in-line 3.0-liter V6 with 286 “horses” and 600 Nm at a rev range of 1200-3200 bpm. The novelty will accelerate to the "hundred" in 7.4 seconds, developing a maximum speed of 199 km/h. The average fuel consumption is about 9.8 liters per 100 kilometers.
