Next and Modified Infiniti Q70 Sports Long Wheelbase
2015 Infiniti Q70 was presented by the company with a long wheelbase option.
The difference between the standard Q70 version and Q70L implies 5.9 inches added to wheelbase of the latter to create more space in the front and back. A touch of elegance of the new car is also supported by the change of lamps now working as LED ones. A front look at the model reveals resemblance to Q50 and a modified interior with wood insertions can even let the vehicle pass for the luxury one.
Powerplant seems to be the same with two major offerings: a six-cylinder engine with the displacement of 3.7 litres developing 330 bhp and a more potent 5.6-litre engine with eight cylinders coaxing 420 bhp. Customers of Q70L will be able to have another modification – an eight-cylinder engine with 416 bhp. Long wheelbase is mated with an automatic gearbox for seven speeds. Adherents of hybrid models will be offered a wheelbase of standard length only.
Next year’s offerings from Infiniti will feature a public debut in New York and appear in dealerships some months later.
