New Nissan X-Trail fully unclassified

Nissan Rogue (X-Trail for Europe) has successfully changed generation.

The American version of the car has 2-level optics, as well as a brand new interior. The machine has become smaller in size, receiving an improved architecture CMF-C/D.

The new generation has become more compact: the SUV shortened by 38 mm and decreased by 28 mm. In length, the novelty reaches 4,648 m, height - 1,699 m, width - 1,839 m, wheelbase - 2,705 m. The trunk volume remains with the previous 1,113 liters. Fundamentally, the changes affected the revised design of the rear multi-link suspension, and a new electric power steering appeared.

The rear sofa of the Nissan Rogue now easily accommodates two adults with a child seat. Passengers of the 2nd row are provided with sunblinds with a 3-zone “climate,” while the child seat has become more accessible to install due to the rear doors, as they now swing open by almost 90 degrees.

It is also worth highlighting the gearshift joystick, the “floating” center console, the 12.3-inch virtual instrument panel, and the 10.8-inch projection screen (these are options for top-end trim levels) in the Rogue saloon. The base crossover has an analog dashboard and a 7.0-inch multimedia screen.

At first, Rogue will be sold with one atmospheric 2.5-liter unit at 181 hp. For Americans, the new crossover will get this fall. There is no information yet regarding the debut in Europe.
