Toyota Introduces Affordable LE Trim for 2025 Grand Highlander

The Toyota Grand Highlander for 2025 comes with a new base LE trim, which makes it more accessible to potential buyers. The starting price for the Grand Highlander has been reduced to $42,310, making it cheaper than the 2024 model. Toyota has also made slight adjustments to the pricing of other trims in the lineup.

Pricing Structure

The Grand Highlander lineup now includes the LE, XLE, Nightshade, Limited, and Platinum trims. The LE trim starts at $42,310 for the FWD configuration and $43,910 for AWD. The XLE trim now starts at $45,080 for FWD and $46,680 for AWD. The Nightshade trim is priced at $54,060 for AWD, while the Limited trim starts at $49,810 for FWD and $51,410 for AWD. The top-of-the-line Platinum trim has a price tag of $55,495 for AWD and $60,225 for the Hybrid Max variant.

Features and Options

Despite the lower price tag, the Grand Highlander LE still offers a range of features. It comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, 18-inch wheels, and a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 265 horsepower. The Grand Highlander Nightshade, a new addition for 2025, comes with black accents, premium JBL Audio system, and other enhancements.

Hybrid Powertrains

In addition to the standard engine options, Toyota continues to offer hybrid powertrains for the Grand Highlander. The XLE trim with FWD configuration has a hybrid powertrain that delivers 245 horsepower and achieves an impressive 36 mpg combined. The Hybrid Max variant produces 362 horsepower and returns 27 mpg combined.

The 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander will be available for sale before the end of the year.
