Toyota Yaris Cross debuted in Australia

The car is part of the C-HR line, which is based on the Toyota Yaris.

However, the Yaris Cross is slightly larger than the classic Yaris. In its design, the car has standard features with the RAV4: the lower part of the body has a black plastic lining, the novelty has wide fenders.

But inside, the Yaris Cross is as similar as possible to the Yaris, having a similar design and interior layout. At the same time, it is equipped with the latest technology: an infotainment system linked to a smartphone, automatic climate control, intelligent entry and start of the engine, panoramic cameras, and the newest security systems.

The standard version has a three-cylinder 1.5-liter engine with 118 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque, working in conjunction with a variator gearbox and front-wheel drive. The hybrid engine consists of a 1.5-liter three-cylinder petrol engine and two electric motors for a total output of 114 horsepower.
