Now updated BMW M5 officially presented

BMW showed and talked about the updated sports sedan BMW M5 and its flagship performance Competition.

The sedan with updates got a modernized appearance. The car's M-version has a narrower front optics with double L-shaped DRL units, plus there are other air intakes and a radiator. The vehicle provides a large diffuser and a sports-type exhaust system and two pipes. Also, the M5 Competition has a spoiler.

Car interior designed with black colors. It also installed an enlarged multimedia screen by 12.3 inches and a virtual "tidy." Each driver assistance system from the standard BMW 5-Series is present in the BMW M5 and BMW M5 Competition.

The technical characteristics of the car have not changed: the BMW M5 is driven by a 4.4-liter V8 engine with two turbines, developing in the standard version 600 horsepower and 750 Nm. The Competition modification received a return of the unit at the level of 625 hp. In a pair, the engine provides with an 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive M xDrive system. The top car picks up the first 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds at a maximum of 250 km per hour.
