Ferrari has announced its plans for the 2021 season in Formula 1

During an online group interview, Ferrari team manager Mattia Binotto said that Scuderia's goal for the 2021 season is third place in the Constructors' Cup.

Last season Ferrari finished in the sixth position, and this was indeed the worst result of the team since 1980 when the Scuderia ranked tenth.

"The minimum goal is third place. It's not impossible. A team that has finished second four times and third once in the hybrid era should be able to do that," Nextgen-Auto reports Binotto as saying. - Those who were fast in 2020 will be fast in 2021. Racing Point and AlphaTauri have free tokens, thanks to their partners, and McLaren goes to the Mercedes engines - from these teams, I expect even stronger performances. The 2021 season will be a transition for us, but at least our engine will no longer be the weakest," said Binotto.
