Volkswagen presented the most powerful crossover T-Roc R

The German automaker has published official photos and specifications of the “charged” modification of the T-Roc crossover with the prefix R.

The official premiere of the new product will take place on March 5th at the Geneva Motor Show. Volkswagen T-Roc R is driven by a 301-horsepower TSI turbo engine with a volume of 2.0 liters, which is combined with a 7-speed DSG robotic transmission and 4Motion all-wheel-drive system.

Such a power plant can accelerate the crossover from zero to 100 km / h in just 4.9 seconds, and its maximum speed is limited at around 250 km/h. Reduced ground clearance sports suspension provides perfect traction. Progressive steering, as standard, plays an important role

in driving maneuverability, and the 17-inch braking system, previously used only in Volkswagen Golf R Performance, provides effective braking.

The “charged” modification of the T-Roc R differs from the standard model by a modified grille and a modernized front bumper with an impressive air intake, a massive spoiler and a rear diffuser with four spouts of a sports exhaust system. The interior of the Volkswagen T-Roc R is distinguished by exceptionally high-quality finishing materials.
