The new Tesla Roadster will have a 1000-kilometer power reserve

Tesla Roadster electric supercar will get a long-range power reserve.

A car without recharging the batteries will quietly travel over 1000 km. So said the director of the company on Twitter, Elon Musk.

The prototype of the second generation Tesla Roadster premiered in November 2017. The Coupe has 3 electric units that allow you to take 96 km/h in 1.9 seconds. The car's 402-meter drag segment takes 8.9 seconds to reach, and the maximum speed reaches over 400 km per hour.

By the way, the test-pilot of the American company Emil Buret said that a 1000 km power reserve is extremely 'cautious' preliminary results, which makes it assumed that a serial car will be more dynamic.

The release of Tesla Roadster will begin to engage closer to 2020.
