The announcement of the updated camper Volkswagen California

In Volkswagen published the first batch of designer sketches updated California camper.

The premiere of the car in public will be at the end of this summer at the German exhibition Сaravan Salon. The event will take place in Düsseldorf.

The camper will get the same significant updates as the Transporter with Multivan versions 6.1. The appearance of the new product from its predecessor differs in the new enlarged radiator, other headlights, and front bumper.

The updated Volkswagen California will have an optimized residential module, as well as a new control unit for various systems. For the cockpit, for the first time, a camper will get a fully digital Virtual Cockpit with improved media with access to online services.

Updated California will become more productive on an electromechanical power steering, which provided to the car along with a row-keeping system of the active type.

A single 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel will drive the camper for 199 hp.
